Kevin Bochenek
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER and CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Kevin joined North Branch Capital in 2025 and has over 20 years of private equity and investment accounting experience.
Prior to joining North Branch, Kevin worked at Chicago Pacific Founders and New Harbor Capital. Through his time at those private equity firms, Kevin gained valuable experience leading and executing the back-office functions of a private equity firm, including finance, accounting, compliance, and operations. Earlier career experiences include Conversus Asset Management and KPMG.
Kevin earned his BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Kevin loves to travel and even lived in Australia for about a year and has also occasionally participated in (short) triathlons. Kevin and his wife have two children and spend a significant amount of time attending their various activities. Kevin also helps organize the Glen Ellyn Backyard BBQ to support Bridge Communities, an organization that provides housing and mentorship to families facing homelessness.
