Jason Crowe
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Jason joined North Branch Capital in 2024 and has four years of middle market M&A experience.
Prior to joining North Branch, Jason worked in the Business Services Investment Banking Division at Solomon Partners advising middle market companies on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. He also spent time in KPMG’s Financial Due Diligence Group where he performed buy-side and sell-side engagements evaluating quality of earnings, net working capital and financial and operating trends.
Jason earned his BBA from Indiana University.
Jason grew up in Indianapolis and is still trying to convince his Chicago colleagues that Indiana Football is finally worth watching. When he’s not following the Hoosiers, Pacers or Colts, you can find him on the lake, on a run or plotting his next escape from Chicago’s winter. Despite averaging just two golf outings a year, Jason remains optimistic that his golf swing is on par with the rest of the group's and is working diligently to make the next North Branch golf outing invite list.
